Snickers Bliss Balls

Who doesn’t like chocolate?!
Especially in combination with peanuts and peanut butter this sweet delight will make everyone around you happy. This simple and fast recipe is perfect for all occasions and is easy to conserve 🙂

With every bite you can experience the full range of flavors from the crunchy peanuts, the rich chocolate to the natural sweetness of dates.

For 20 balls

  • 100g sunflower seeds, roasted
  • 200g peanuts
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (~80g)
  • 50g dates, sliced
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder (100% natural cacao)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)

Roast the sunflower seeds and cut/crash the seeds, peanuts and dates in small pieces.
If you like it less crunchy you can also grind everything.

Mix all the ingredients and massage everything until it sticks together, then form small balls.
For a different look, roll them in coconut flakes or cacao powder.
Finally let the balls sit in the fridge for an hour before serving and store them there as well.
