Pea Paté

Vegan | Gluten-Free | Sugar-Free | Dairy-Free | Grain-Free

Green is my favorite color as it is visible everywhere in nature. This pea paté has an amazing green color and in addition it is super simple and fast to make. I really love the simplicity of this recipe as it shows that tasty food doesn’t need a lot of ingredients and fancy stuff. Delicious food can be super simple and still so rich in flavor. For 1 medium Bowl

  • 200g peas
  • 2 onions
  • Salt, pepper
  • Oil

Cook the peas in a little water. Fry the onion in a pan with a little bot of oil until they look glazed. Then put the peas and onions in a blender, add some sunflower or olive oil, salt and pepper. Blend until nicely creamy. Serve in a bowl or tupperware and keep in the fridge to conserve.
