Gluten-Free | Sugar-Free | Grain-Free
Sage butter is our all time favorite breadspread and a must in all of our retreat and events. It always go empty very quickly, especially when serve it with one of our homemade breads 😉
If you don’t like sage, you can use any herb of your choice to add to your butter such as coriander, parsley, basil, rucola, dill etc.
- 1 package of butter
- 1 cup of fresh sage leaves
- 1/4 cup dried sage
- 2 garlic cloves
- pinch of salt
- Keep the butter at room temperature or heat it up in a hot water bath, so it is soft enough to be used.
- Cut the sage finely
- Press the garlic
- Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl!
- Fill the mix in a serving bowl. Eat right away or store it in the fridge.
