Carrot Smoothie

Vegan | Gluten-Free | Grain-Free | Naturally Sweetened | Dairy-Free

Let’s bring some more veggies and fruits into our bodies and boost the organism with an extra load of vitamin C !

Ingredients (1 portion)

  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 orange
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 slice of lemon (in case it’s organic, use also a bit of the skin)


Put everything into a blender and mix until it’s smooth.

Tip: You can substitute the avocado with soaked chia seeds to make the smoothie creamy.
