Ingredients (1 portion)
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 orange
- ½ avocado
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 1 slice of lemon (in case it’s organic, use also a bit of the skin)
Instructions
Put everything into a blender and mix until it’s smooth.
Delicious!
Tip: You can substitute the avocado with soaked chia seeds to make the smoothie creamy.
