Gluten free bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cups rice flour
  • 1 cups buckwheat flower
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tbsp. ground linseeds
  • 5 tbsp. coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp. bicarbonade soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. aplle cider vinegar
  • sunflower or sesame seeds for topping

Procedure

  1. preheat the oven to 180C
  2. mix all the dry ingridients
  3. add water and mix well together
  4. before putting in the form, add vinegar and mix well
  5. add topping and cook for 1 hour
